Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting children and young people with SEMH needs in a caring and professional manner
• Acting as a positive role model and mentor to young people
• Encouraging engagement, confidence, and independence among young people
• Supporting access to activities and experiences that promote development and well-being

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence and access to a car are essential due to the nature of the role and activities involved
• Passion for supporting young people and making a difference
• Ability to build positive relationships and work as part of a team
• Flexibility to work on a rota to support a healthy work-life balance
