Job Details:
- Register as the Responsible Individual for 4 children's residential services, all based in Leicestershire
- Join a national organisation that offers training and support
- Work within the SMT to ensure all homes are safe and effective
- Ensure that all homesare compliant with all relevant legislation and regulations
- Line manage Registered Managers within the homes
- Oversee the external monitoring of practice within the Homes
- Lead on safeguarding concerns
- Lead on management recruitment, supporting with in-house recruitment and staff development
- Manage budgets
- Ensure that the Home(s) have ‘continuous improvement' and development plans and to ensure that these plans are being followed.?
- Ensure all homes can provide positive outcomes for young people
Contract:
- £53,000 - £64,000
- Paid mileage
- Full-time permanent contract, 37 hours a week
Requirements:
- Driving Licence
- Level 5 in leadership and management
