Job Description:
Our client, a leading provider of children’s care services based in Llanelli, is seeking an experienced Responsible Individual to oversee the development and operation of top-spec children’s homes. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring high-quality care standards and supporting the organisation’s goal to become the area’s first-choice provider.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Responsible Individual in Llanelli, your daily duties will include:
- Leading and managing staff across multiple children’s homes to deliver exceptional care.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safeguarding standards.
- Developing and implementing strategies to grow the business, with plans to open four new homes within the next year.
- Maintaining a focus on quality assurance to secure ongoing local authority contracts and reputation.
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful as a Responsible Individual, you will need:
- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management or equivalent qualification in children’s care.
- Proven experience managing children’s homes or similar settings.
- Mandatory compliance with an Enhanced DBS Check and Full UK Driving Licence.
