Job Details:
- Responsible Individual/ Operations Manager over 5 Children's Residential Care Homes
- Homes are based in Sheffield, Barnsley, Leeds, Huddersfield and Wakefield
- Homes are OFSTED registered and support children with EBD and LD
- Homes range in size from solo to four-bedded provisions
- Line manage home managers, ensuring all services are safe and effective, meeting OFSTED regulations
- Support on safeguarding concerns
- Support on budgeting within all homes
- Support with recruitment and staff management
- Work closely with the senior management team, ensuring all services meet company standards
Contract Details:
- £65,000 - £8-,000
- + Care allowance
- Office is based in Bradford
- Working from home/site flexibility
Requirements Details:
- NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management
- Experience as a Responsible Individual
- Multi-site management experience
- Driving licence
