Job Details
- Responsible Individual / Operations Manager
- Overseeing the management of 6 children's residential care homes
- Registering as the RI for the homes
- Line managing all Registered Manager
- Lead on management recruitment and safeguarding issues
- 5 homes are rated GOOD by OFSTED, 1 is a new home, due to be opened
- Homes support children and young people with LD and EBD
- Work alongside the HR department and SMT to ensure the safe and effective running and management of children's homes
- Head office is based in Leeds, autonomy to manage own diary, being based where the needs of the area are
Contract Details
- Full-time, permanent contract
- £60,000 - £75,000
- Car allowance/company car
- Driving Licence
- NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management
- Experience as an RI is desirable, but would also consider experienced RMs, with a proven track record
