We are seeking a dedicated Secondary Cover Supervisor to join our team in Cardiff. As a Secondary Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining a positive learning environment and ensuring smooth classroom operations in the absence of teachers.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Secondary Cover Supervisor based in Cardiff, your daily duties will include:

• Supervising Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 classes across various subjects.
• Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans—no planning or marking required!
• Creating a safe, positive, and productive classroom environment.
• Supporting student engagement and managing classroom behaviour using school policies.

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful as a Secondary Cover Supervisor, you will need:

• A degree or relevant education/training credentials.
• 3 months experience working with young people (e.g., teaching assistant, tutor, youth worker).
• Strong communication skills and confidence in managing classroom behaviour.
• Reliable, enthusiastic, and passionate about supporting pupils in Cardiff.
• A valid UK driving licence is advantageous, though not essential, given the excellent public transport links across Cardiff.
