Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant in a Secondary School?
We are looking for Teaching Assistants who would like to work flexibly across secondary schools in Liverpool on an on-going basis.
Our clients are secondary schools across Liverpool in need of Teaching Assistants. You will be supporting students within the classroom or 1-1, students will need a range of support depending on the school.
Many of the roles we advertise may start as temporary, but there is often the opportunity to work long term or even permanent.

Key Requirements:
Experience and understanding of how to support young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs.
References covering the last two years (no gaps)
Hold a current DBS on the update service or willing to take one out

Duties will include:
Supporting and supervising educational learning, sports, and extracurricular activities
Helping children with certain specialist subjects
Preparing the classroom for a lesson
Working with pupils in small groups/and or working 1:1 with children with additional needs
Putting together displays of children's work
Supporting teachers in managing class behaviour
Helping children who need extra support to complete tasks
Supervising group activities
