Job Title: Secondary Teaching Assistant

Location: Cardiff, South Wales

Salary: £92.59 per day minimum

Employment Type: Temporary / Part-time / Full-time - 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Job Description:
We are hiring dedicated Teaching Assistants to support schools across Cardiff and its surrounding areas. This role offers flexible working arrangements, including part-time and full-time positions, with opportunities for both short-term and long-term placements. 

Key Responsibilities:
As a Teaching Assistant based in Cardiff, your daily duties will include:

• Supporting classroom activities and assisting teachers with lesson delivery
• Providing one-on-one support to students with additional learning needs (ALN)
• Supervising and engaging students during break times and activities
• Assisting with behaviour management and creating a positive learning environment

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful as a Teaching Assistant, you will need:

• 3 months experience working with children.
• A current DBS or willingness to process one
• Friendly, proactive, and reliable attitude with a passion for helping others
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively
