Key Responsibilities:
As a Primary School Teacher based in the Wirral, your daily duties will include:
- Planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons tailored to diverse pupil needs.
- Supporting pupils with SEND, autism, and complex needs through specialised teaching strategies.
- Building positive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues to promote a nurturing learning environment.
- Using current assessment practices and pupil progress data to inform teaching and improve outcomes.

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful as a SEN Primary School Teacher, you will need:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Experience of teaching in a primary setting, with a strong interest or experience in SEND.
- Knowledge of or willingness to develop expertise in SEND-friendly approaches such as TEACCH, Attention Autism, and multi-sensory strategies.
- Excellent behaviour management skills and emotional resilience.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and collaborative working.
