Job Title: Residential Support Worker – Children & Young People
Location: Preston, Lancashire, UK

Job Description:
Are you compassionate and dedicated to making a positive impact on young people's lives? We are seeking a Residential Support Worker to join a leading specialist provider in Preston. In this role, you will provide emotional support and practical assistance to children and young people facing social and emotional challenges. Key Responsibilities:

• Support young people with daily activities such as washing, dressing, and attending school
• Organise and participate in outings like theme parks, cinemas, zoos, and bowling
• Safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people
• Maintain hygiene standards and undertake housekeeping duties within the home
• Assist the Registered Home Manager in creating a warm, nurturing environment aligned with core values
• Work on a 9-week rolling rota with early shifts (7:30 - 14:30) and late shifts (14:00 - 22:00)

Requirements:

• Full UK driving license is essential
• Compassionate, friendly, and committed to supporting young people’s development
• No prior experience necessary; training and fully funded qualifications will be provided
• Ability to work as part of a dedicated team in a caring environment
