Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the class teacher to deliver high-quality education for all students.
- Provide tailored support to individual or groups of students to help them access the curriculum independently.
- Assist in organizing classroom resources, displays, and student groupings to create a stimulating learning environment.
- Work with students to manage sensory needs and support self-regulatory strategies as advised by the multidisciplinary team.
- Support learners in developing independence skills, including personal care when necessary.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children with ASC or SEN is desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to the needs of individual learners.
- Enthusiasm and a genuine passion for supporting children’s development.
