Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and positive SEN Teaching Assistant to support children with their learning at a friendly and supportive school in the Wirral.
This role involves working closely with teachers to help children access the curriculum and develop their skills within a nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
As a SEN Teaching Assistant based in the Wirral, your daily duties will include:
- Supporting pupils with personal care and toileting needs in a caring and respectful manner
- Implementing bespoke interventions tailored to individual learning plans
- Facilitating successful integration between nurture provision and mainstream classroom environments
Requirements & Qualifications
To be successful as a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will need:
- Hold or be working towards a recognised NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification
- Experience of working with children with SEN in an educational setting
- Mandatory compliance with a full enhanced DBS check and eligibility to work in the UK
