Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs? Do you want to make a positive impact in an inclusive classroom environment? Vetro Recruitment is seeking a dedicated SEN Primary Teaching Assistant to join a reputable school in Caerphilly on a full-time, long-term basis.
About the role:
- Provide classroom support for students with special educational needs in the foundation phase
- Collaborate closely with the Class Teacher to create an engaging, supportive, and inclusive learning environment
- Assist with behaviour management and learning activities tailored to individual student needs
- Support the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) to promote pupil progress
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children with SEN is desirable
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Enthusiastic, patient, and committed to student well-being
- Ability to adapt to diverse learning needs and classroom dynamics
Working details:
- Location: Caerphilly
- Pay: £95.00 per day minimum
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
- Contract: Long-term, ongoing support in a dynamic primary school environment
