Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Care Assistant based near Flint, your daily duties will include:
- Assisting residents with personal care and daily living activities
- Administering medication (following training)
- Supporting care staff and overseeing shift operations
- Liaising with families, GPs, and other healthcare professionals
- Responding to emergencies promptly and effectively

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful as a Senior Care Assistant, you will need:
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
- Previous experience in a care home setting
- Supervisory experience in a care environment
- A kind, patient, and reliable personality
- Ability to lead a small team with confidence and warmth
- Good communication skills and a genuine passion for elderly care
- Mandatory compliance with an enhanced DBS check
