Salary: £35,587.50 – £38,649.00 per year (Including sleep-in payments)

A leading specialist provider is seeking a dedicated Senior Residential Support Worker to join their "GOOD" Ofsted-rated homes in Weston-super-Mare. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide stability, care, and support to young people aged 8-18 who have experienced trauma. Key Responsibilities:
- Safeguarding young people and maintaining a safe, calm living environment
- Leading shifts and responding effectively to incidents
- Acting as a Keyworker to provide dedicated support to specific young people
- Building positive relationships with families and external professionals
- Ensuring the home adheres to all current legislation and Ofsted standards
Requirements:
- Must be 23 years or older (as per Children’s Homes Regulations)
- A valid UK driving licence is essential
- Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- Availability to work 37.5 hours per week on a rota including overnights, weekends, and Bank Holidays
- Successful candidates will undergo an Enhanced DBS check and provide two satisfactory references (one from a current employer)
