Salary: £ per hour + additional £3,000 - £8,000 per year from sleep-ins

Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Support Worker based in Wisbech, your daily duties will include:
- Providing high-quality care and support to young people in a residential environment.
- Leading shift activities and ensuring a safe, structured, and positive environment.
- Supporting young people through challenges, promoting their personal development and independence.
- Working long days, including sleep-ins, to ensure continuous care and support.
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful as a Senior Support Worker, you will need:
- Minimum of 12 months’ experience working in a children’s residential setting.
- Level 3 Residential Childcare qualification or equivalent.
- A full UK driving licence is essential.
- A caring, flexible, and energetic approach with a willingness to work shifts and sleep-ins.
