Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Support Worker based in Wisbech, your daily duties will include:
- Supporting young people in a residential setting, providing positive role modelling and structure.
- Assisting with their personal development, confidence-building, and skill acquisition.
- Working long shifts, including sleep-ins, to ensure consistent support and safety for the young people.
- Building strong, trusting relationships to promote resilience and independence.
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful as a Senior Support Worker, you will need:
- Minimum 12 months’ Children’s Home experience.
- Level 3 Residential Childcare qualification.
- A caring, energetic, and flexible approach.
- Willingness to work shifts and sleep-ins.
- A Full UK Driving Licence is required.
