Your Role
-
Supporting management to lead a successful staff team and supporting the
manager to run all day-to-day operations of the home.

Leading a staff team, ensuring that regular supervision is received and by also
ensuring that the staff team are fully supported within their roles.

Supporting management in the induction of new staff members into the homes policies, procedures and culture.

Ensuring the highest standards of care and support are provided in relation to
the young people’s physical, behavioural and emotional needs.

Being the young person’s champion and as part of the wider team strive to
ensure that they achieve their aspirations and full potential.
What We’re Looking For

Passion, empathy and commitment to supporting young people

QCF level 3 health and social care - children and young people
-
The ability to work effectively within a team
-
Experience in residential childcare is desirable, but full training can be provided

Full UK manual driver's licence
