Your Role as a Senior Residential Support Worker

As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you’ll:

• Support children and young people with emotional, behavioural and social needs
   

• Act as a positive role model and mentor to junior staff
   

• Lead shifts and support care planning and safeguarding
   

• Work therapeutically within a trauma-informed environment
   

• Help create a safe, nurturing and structured home for young people
   

What We’re Looking For

• QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Children & Young People) – essential 

•  Full UK manual driving licence – essential 

•  Previous experience in a children’s residential setting 

•  Strong safeguarding knowledge and leadership skills 

•  A genuine passion for supporting children to thrive
