Key Responsibilities:
Lead shifts and support the Registered Manager and Deputy
Provide high-quality care to children and young people
Support young people with emotional, behavioural, and social needs
Promote independence, resilience, and positive outcomes
Ensure safeguarding and regulatory standards are met
Mentor and support junior staff members
Create a safe, nurturing, and structured home environment
Requirements:
Experience working in a residential children’s home
Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People (or working towards)
Full UK driving licence
Strong leadership and communication skills
Passion for safeguarding and child-centred care
