Job Description:Are you an experienced senior support worker or residential team leader seeking to make a meaningful difference in children’s residential care? Key Responsibilities:
Support young people to build positive relationships and achieve their full potential
Lead shifts and act as a positive role model within the home
Promote a person-centred, therapeutic approach to care
Work collaboratively with education, therapy, and management teams
Participate in the Management On-Call rota
Requirements:
Minimum 12 months’ experience in a children’s residential care setting
QCF Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People (or equivalent)
Experience leading or supporting a staff team
Full UK manual driving licence (company car provided during work hours)
Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends
Willingness to join the management On-Call system
Comfortable using electronic care recording systems daily; experience with Clearcare is an advantage but full training will be provided
