Job Title: Residential Team Leader / Senior Support Worker – Children’s Residential Care
Location: Corwen, Denbighshire
Salary: £38,753 inclusive of sleep ins
Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Support young people to build positive relationships and achieve their full potential
- Lead shifts and act as a positive role model within the home
- Promote a person-centred, therapeutic approach to care
- Work collaboratively with education, therapy, and management teams
- Participate in the Management On-Call rota
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in a children’s residential care setting
- QCF Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People (or equivalent)
- Experience leading or supporting a staff team
- Full UK manual driving licence (company car provided during work hours)
- Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends
- Willingness to join the management On-Call system
- Comfortable using electronic care recording systems daily; experience with Clearcare is an advantage but full training will be provided
