Job Title: Senior Support Worker – Children's Residential Care & Education
Location: Bridgwater, Somerset, UK
Salary: £14.17 - £14.99 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)

What you'll do:
- Lead and supervise shifts, deputising for the Registered Manager when required
- Support and develop Residential Care Workers, ensuring high standards of care and professional growth
- Implement and monitor individual care plans, maintaining accurate written records of progress
- Contribute actively to team meetings, fostering clear communication and continuous improvement
- Provide compassionate care and support to young people, encouraging their engagement in education and social activities
- Assist with travel arrangements to and from school or college
- Prepare meals and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment
- Organise and facilitate engaging social activities and outings for the young people

What you'll need:
- Full UK driving licence
- Desire to earn a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent (essential)
- At least 12 months of senior experience in a residential setting (highly desirable), though applications from those beginning their senior journey are encouraged
