Their committed team, consisting of support workers, key support workers, and resident Social Workers, delivers practical and emotional guidance. We are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Social Worker Registered Manager to lead the daily operations and provide expert supervision within this crucial centre.
In this impactful role, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing strong leadership and management to a team of social workers, each managing a focused caseload of long-term family support.
- Chairing meetings and fostering robust, collaborative relationships with partner agencies and fellow professionals.
- Leading the development and delivery of effective parenting programs.
- Preparing and confidently presenting clear statements and court evidence when necessary.
- Managing referrals and facilitating productive placement planning meetings.
- Contributing strategically to achieve and maintain positive outcomes for children and families within their local communities.
- Ensuring all statutory duties are met in full compliance with National Standards and Regulations.
- Applying your comprehensive understanding of residential legislation and regulations.
What We Are Looking For:
- Registered Managers holding NVQ Level 5.
- Ideally, demonstrable experience in managing a Parenting Assessment Centre.
- Proven experience in effectively managing an established team.
