Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated Senior Support Workers to join a leading specialist provider in Neath. This full-time, permanent role offers a rewarding opportunity to support adults aged 18-65 with complex needs, helping them live happy, healthy, and meaningful lives. Key Responsibilities:

Support the Registered Manager in running shifts efficiently
Ensure all compliance and safety protocols are followed
Support residents’ families and encourage independence
Assist individuals in making their own choices and support their personal care needs
Follow tailored care plans for each resident
Take service users out into the community for activities and outings such as arts, crafts, gardening, and day trips
Support varying levels of personal care as required

Requirements:

Previous experience working within a residential care setting
NVQ Level 2 in Adult Health and Social Care or equivalent
Resilient and adaptable with a caring nature
Full UK driving license is essential due to location
Comfortable providing personal care
