Job Title: Senior Residential Support Worker – Children’s EBD Home
Location: Tadley, Hampshire, United Kingdom
Salary: £15.40 – £16.00 per hour

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to join a leading specialist provider dedicated to delivering exceptional care and education for children and young people. The Senior Residential Support Worker role in Tadley offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with complex needs, emotional and behavioural difficulties. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of professionals to deliver therapeutic care tailored to each child's needs.
• Support the Service Manager in managing daily operations to ensure high standards of care.
• Act as a positive role model, building trusting relationships with children and colleagues.
• Provide therapeutic support to promote recovery and positive change for young people.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including care plans, progress reports, and observations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 12 months experience in a children’s residential setting, with knowledge of child-centred and therapeutic models.
• NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Caring for Children and Young People (or equivalent).
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Excellent communication skills, caring nature, flexibility, and resilience.
