What this role involves:
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of a residential service for adults aged 18-65
- Assisting the Registered Manager with shift management and compliance
- Supporting residents' families and encouraging independence
- Ensuring residents' safety and following personalised care plans
- Engaging residents in community activities such as arts, crafts, gardening, and day trips
- Providing personal care at varying levels
Key requirements:
- Experience in a residential care setting preferred
- NVQ Level 2 in Adult Health and Social Care or equivalent
- Resilient, compassionate, and dedicated to person-centered care
- Full UK driving license is essential due to location
- Comfortable delivering personal care and supporting individuals with complex needs
