Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage shifts, deputising for the Registered Manager when required
- Support and develop Residential Care Workers, ensuring high standards of care and learning
- Implement and monitor individual care plans tailored to each young person’s needs
- Maintain accurate records to track progress and facilitate effective monitoring
- Attend and contribute to team and staff meetings for ongoing development
- Provide everyday support and care to young people, encouraging their engagement in education and activities
- Support young people travelling to and from school or college
- Prepare meals and maintain a clean, welcoming home environment (including laundry)
- Organise and facilitate engaging social activities and outings

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Full UK driving licence is essential
- Desire to achieve a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent
- At least 12 months’ senior experience in a residential or care setting (preferred but not essential for exceptional candidates)
- Passionate about supporting young people with complex needs
- Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills
