This is a senior shift-leading role with rota-based on-call responsibilities (with additional payment for on-call duties).

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Support Worker based in Merton, your daily duties will include:

  • Building positive, trusting relationships, setting consistent boundaries, and supporting emotional, social, educational, and vocational development.
  • Liaising professionally with external agencies, families, carers, and other professionals, escalating to management where required.

Chris at Vetro has been incredible.

I applied for a role I'd never done before, and not only did he help with my application process, but once I was offered an interview, he spent time ensuring I was sufficiently prepared. He has also made an once-a-week update meeting available to check on my onboarding process. If you're looking for work and support, I'd highly recommend Vetro Recruitment.
