  • Home Management: Contribute to the smooth running of the home, including cooking, cleaning, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
  • Safeguarding & Compliance: Ensure all safeguarding policies are followed, and accurately document all relevant information.

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualifications: Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare or a relevant equivalent; commitment to complete this if not already qualified.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of supervisory or shift leading experience in a residential care setting with children or young people.
  • Safeguarding: Strong understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays, and to travel across various services in Hinckley, Braunstone, Mountsorrel, Market Harborough, and Syston.

Laura was very straight and not promising the world.

She was helpful and responsive and actually found me some work. I have met many others recently and been totally uninspired by them. I have already recommended Vetro to another friend.

Laura went over and beyond and actively worked hard to make sure we found someone who would be suited...

I could see that the applicants sent over, a lot of thought went into it from Laura.

It wasn’t any first candidate or someone who has been sitting on your books for ages being pushed onto us.
