The role:
As a Senior Support Worker, you will lead shifts, develop and oversee care plans, mentor junior staff, and ensure the safety and well-being of the young people in your care. Your experience will be key in creating a positive, stable environment and guiding your team to provide exceptional support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and organise daily shifts, maintaining high standards of care
- Implement and monitor individual care and support plans
- Mentor and support support staff, promoting team development
- Safeguard and promote the welfare of young people

- Manage behaviour effectively and promote positive behaviour strategies
- Support healthcare routines and handle administrative duties
- Participate in on-call and sleep-in duty rotations to ensure continuous support
