Job Description:
Are you a highly organized and proactive administrator with a passion for supporting vital community services? Our client, a leading specialist provider in residential care, is seeking a dedicated Service Administrator to join their dynamic team in Coalville, Leicestershire. This full-time, permanent role offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference by supporting the daily operations of residential homes caring for vulnerable children, young people, and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Administration:

  • Manage petty cash reconciliation across residential homes
  • Raise purchase orders and process invoices
  • Produce and distribute financial reports for internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Team Support & Coordination:

  • Assist with recruitment activities, including processing DBS applications
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and support administrative needs across services
  • Safety & Compliance:

  • Support premises and vehicle security checks
  • Maintain safety systems and assist with health and safety and fire safety responsibilities as delegated
  • Record Keeping & Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate filing and documentation systems
  • Ensure GDPR compliance and data security
  • Travel:

  • Flexible travel to up to 8 residential locations across Coalville, Hinckley, Syston, Mountsorrel, Braunstone, and Market Harborough

    What You'll Bring:

    • Proven experience managing financial systems such as petty cash and budget monitoring
    • Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power BI
    • Excellent numeracy and literacy skills for calculations and reporting
    • Experience working in a busy office environment with the ability to handle varied workloads and priorities
    • A collaborative team player with exceptional organizational skills
    • Familiarity with health and safety processes and compliance documentation
