Join our 'Outstanding' Ofsted-rated (September 2023) Safeguarding Service in Wiltshire and become a vital part of a team dedicated to protecting and empowering vulnerable young people from pre-birth to 18.
What You'll Do:
You'll be crucial in supporting Wiltshire's most vulnerable children, applying your expertise within our patch-based model. This means we'll match you with families in your preferred area of the county, allowing you to build strong relationships and make a real difference where it's needed most. We embrace hybrid working, offering various work locations and hot-desking opportunities to foster seamless collaboration with other safeguarding teams. While you'll enjoy the flexibility of hybrid work, we do expect weekly office attendance and a willingness to travel across the beautiful Wiltshire countryside.
Who We're Looking For:
A registered Social Worker with:
- Up-to-date knowledge of key childcare legislation, guidance, and best practices related to child protection and support.
- Proven experience in completing assessments, reports, and plans for vulnerable children.
- A full driving licence is essential.
