Salary: £32,516 – £36,277 (Supervising Level) | £37,792 – £44,435 (Senior Level) + Out-of-Hours Payments

Key Responsibilities:

• Support & Supervision: Provide expert supervision and support to foster carers, empowering them to deliver therapeutic care tailored to children's unique needs.
• Recruitment & Development: Contribute to recruiting and training resilient foster families to ensure high standards of care and stability.
• Therapeutic Practice: Apply reflective, systemic, and psychodynamic approaches rooted in attachment theory and mentalization to enhance practice standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external professionals to optimize outcomes for children and young people.
• Out-of-Hours Support: Participate in out-of-hours support to maintain consistent care and safety for children.
