• Implement safeguarding policies and practices to protect children's welfare and ensure statutory compliance.
• Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to foster carers, enhancing their skills and confidence.
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
• Collaborate with social workers, education professionals, and healthcare providers to promote positive outcomes for children.

Requirements:

• Social Work qualification (BA or MA)
• Registration with Social Work England
• Proven experience in fostering or child protection
• Strong understanding of safeguarding and child welfare issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
