This is an excellent opportunity for experienced social workers, including those newly qualified, eager to grow in a supportive environment. You'll play a vital role in supporting foster carers, ensuring high-quality care for children and young people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support a caseload of foster carers
- Conduct regular home visits and supervision meetings
- Complete Form F assessments for prospective foster carers
- Deliver training and professional development opportunities for carers
- Collaborate with local authorities and external agencies to achieve positive outcomes for children

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Driver with access to a car for travel within the London area
