Senior Social Worker & Form F Assessor

Join our clients Fostering Services as a Senior Social Worker and Form F Assessor in London! This vital dual role supports foster carers and assesses new ones, ensuring safe, nurturing homes for vulnerable children and young people. With manageable caseloads and a supportive team, you'll make a lasting impact.

What You'll Do:

• Support and supervise foster carers, maintaining high standards of care.

• Conduct Form F assessments of prospective carers, writing reports and presenting to panel.

• Act as a safeguarding lead, prioritising child welfare.

• Liaise with clinical teams and contribute to training programmes.

• Participate in an out-of-hours rota.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Social Worker (BA/MA) registered with Social Work England.

• Experienced with children affected by trauma and complex needs.

• Confident in Form F assessments and panel presentations.

• Strong communicator, empathetic, and solutions-focused.

• Full UK driving licence and eligible to work in the UK.

• Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per year
