Key Responsibilities:

Foster Carer Management:
- Recruit, assess, and monitor the suitability of foster carers

Qualifications and Experience:
- Social Work qualification (BA or MA)
- Registration with Social Work England
- Proven experience in fostering or child protection
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and child welfare issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
