Key Responsibilities:
As a Supply Primary School Teacher, your daily duties will include:
- Delivering engaging and effective lessons to students across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
- Planning and preparing lessons in line with the national curriculum on a day-to-day basis
- Assessing and monitoring student progress, providing timely feedback and support
- Maintaining a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere
- Collaborating with school staff and other teachers to ensure a smooth educational experience
- Managing classroom behaviour and promoting a safe, respectful learning environment
Requirements & Qualifications:
To succeed as a Supply Primary School Teacher, you will need:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Proven experience teaching in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 environments
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Adaptability to different classroom settings and curricula
- A commitment to creating an encouraging and supportive learning environment
- Flexibility to work full-time or part-time, Monday to Friday, from 8:30am to 3:30pm
