Our client, a leading specialist provider, is actively looking for dedicated Primary Teaching Assistants to support various primary schools in Port Talbot and the surrounding areas. This role offers a variety of work across different educational settings, providing a dynamic and fulfilling environment for passionate education support staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the class teacher in delivering the curriculum and managing classroom activities
- Assist pupils with their individual learning needs, fostering a positive learning environment
- Help implement tailored educational programmes for pupils of all abilities
- Support pupils’ social and emotional development through caring and empathetic engagement
- Contribute to creating an inclusive and supportive classroom atmosphere
Requirements:
- A genuine desire to create positive outcomes for children of all abilities
- Empathetic, caring, and resilient nature
- Hold a current Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one
- Have the right to work in the UK
