3-Week Rolling Rota

• Week 1: Monday, Thursday, Saturday
   

• Week 2: Tuesday, Friday, Sunday
   

• Week 3: Wednesday

The Role

• Provide emotional and practical support to children and young people
   

• Promote independence, safety, and positive routines
   

• Work collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals
   

• Maintain high-quality safeguarding and care standards
   

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in children’s residential care (preferred not essential)
   

• Passionate, resilient, and child-focused
   

• Full UK driving licence (Essential)
   

• Flexibility to work 24-hour shifts with sleep-ins
