Key Responsibilities:  

Provide day-to-day care and support to children and young people in a residential setting  
Foster a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for children to develop and thrive  
Support children with their emotional, social, and developmental needs  
Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for children  
Promote positive behaviour and help children build life skills

Requirements:  

Compassionate and resilient attitude with a genuine passion for supporting children in care  
Previous experience in a residential or care setting is desirable but not essential  
Excellent communication and teamwork skills  
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required  
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
