Salary: £26,910 + £55 per sleep-in

Requirements:
- Compassionate and resilient attitude
- Previous experience in residential childcare or similar setting is desirable but not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including sleep-ins
- Valid driver’s license is essential
