Key Responsibilities:  

Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people in a residential setting  
Promote the emotional and physical wellbeing of children in your care  
Support children in their daily routines, education, and recreational activities  
Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for children  
Maintain accurate records and reports related to care plans and progress

Requirements:  

Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards children and young people  
Resilience and patience in challenging situations  
Previous experience in a care or support role is desirable but not essential  
Good communication and teamwork skills  
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
