Job Title: Children's Residential Support Worker
Location: Bristol
Salary: £14.24 per hour to £28.48 per hour, plus £76 per sleep-in.

Key Responsibilities:

• Building positive, trusting relationships with children and young people
• Supporting daily routines including education, appointments, hobbies, and independent living skills
• Encouraging participation in community activities, sports, and social opportunities
• Providing emotional support to help develop confidence, resilience, and life skills
• Maintaining a safe, structured, and therapeutic home environment
• Working collaboratively with families, schools, and professionals to achieve positive outcomes
• Accurately recording information and contributing to individual care plans

Requirements:

• A caring, patient, and positive attitude
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to remain calm in challenging situations
• Genuine passion for improving the lives of children and young people
• Flexibility to work a rota including evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-in shifts
• A full UK driving licence is desirable
• Experience in residential childcare, health and social care, or working with children is beneficial but not essential; we value the right attitude and are committed to development
