Llandovery, Competitive salary (£27,040 - £30,010 per annum),
Full-Time, 40 hours per week, Various shifts

Responsibilities:
  • Engage with residents in a friendly, sociable manner in a lively, community-focused setting.
  • Support residents with daily tasks, helping them to develop skills and promote independence.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating patience, consistency, and a caring approach.
  • Foster a supportive environment that encourages self-advocacy and personal growth.
  • Participate in organising and supporting activities within the home and community.
  • Collaborate closely with team members, volunteers, and family members to ensure residents’ needs are met effectively.
Essential Requirements:
  • Genuine kindness, patience, and practical ability.
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a busy, dynamic environment.
  • Right to work in the UK (please note, our client cannot sponsor visas).
  • Driving Licence (preferred but not essential).
  • Previous experience in a care or support role is beneficial but not essential — full training will be provided.
Desirable:
  • Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities or complex needs.
  • Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care.
