Job Details:
- Children's Support Worker
- Working with a well-established children's home provider that specialise in supporting children and young people with EBD and challenging behaviours
- The home is based in Wallasey
- The home supports up to 2 young people
- The support on offer follows the social pedagogy approach of support
- Working with Seniors, Deputies and Registered Manager to ensure the home is safe and supporting
- Follow care plans
- Ensure all support offered meets OFSTED and company standards
Contract Details:
- Full-time, permanent contract
- 1 on, 2 off, including sleeps
- £13.20 per hour
- + £60 sleep in rate
Requirement Details:
- 6 months of experience as a minimum in a support worker role
- Ideally drivers
- Level 3 is desirable, but not essential, will be funded once probation is passed
