Salary: £27,040 - £30,010 per annum (depending on experience)

We are recruiting a Support Worker (Young Adults Residential Service) to join a welcoming residential community in Towy Valley, Carmarthenshire. This is a hands-on, people-focused role supporting young adults with complex additional learning needs and disabilities to build life skills, confidence, and greater independence.

Set on a beautiful rural estate, you’ll be part of a friendly, sociable environment where residents, staff, and volunteers share day-to-day life together.

Key Responsibilities

As a Support Worker (Young Adults Residential Service) based in Towy Valley, your daily duties will include:

• Supporting young adults with daily routines, personal development, and practical life skills in a residential setting in Towy Valley
• Encouraging independence, self-advocacy, and positive communication through consistent, person-centred support
• Working closely with the House Manager and wider team to maintain a safe, inclusive, “family-feel” home environment

Requirements & Qualifications

To be successful as a Support Worker (Young Adults Residential Service), you will need:

• Right to Work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available)
• A kind, patient, practical, and reliable approach with strong communication skills
• Ability to work various shifts across a 40-hour week (52 weeks per year)
