Salary: £25,552.80 - £31,327.20 (based on 6 sleep-in shifts a month)

We are seeking caring and dedicated Support Workers to join a residential service in Llandeilo, Carmarthenshire. As a Support Worker, you will support individuals aged 18-65, helping them live independent, fulfilling lives while having fun along the way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Encourage independence and support individuals to make their own choices
• Ensure the safety and well-being of service users
• Follow personalised care plans for each individual
• Take service users out into the community for activities and outings
• Participate in activities such as arts, crafts, gardening, and day trips
• Provide varying levels of personal care as needed

Requirements:

• No prior experience required; full training provided
• Must be resilient and adaptable
• Drivers are ESSENTIAL for community outings
• Willingness to do personal care and support with daily activities
