Key Responsibilities:

• Support young people with daily routines such as washing, dressing, and preparing for school
• Build strong, trusting relationships to encourage progress and independence
• Assist with activities during weekends, including trips to theme parks, cinemas, zoos, and bowling alleys
• Promote a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for young people
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver personalised care plans
• Maintain accurate records of support provided and progress made

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)

• Resilient, patient, and understanding attitude
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Good communication and listening skills
• No prior experience necessary; full training and support will be provided
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
